I have decided to give my legs and feet a break for a couple of weeks and I have decided to start yoga with my new BFF Courtney Quarles :)
My body was not getting all of the proper stretching it needed after putting in so many miles of running. I am also riding my bike almost everyday as well. I need to expand my horizons with exercise so that I do not burn myself out of running because I want to do many many more marathons in my day.
I hope that this New Year is treating everyone great so far. It has been a trying couple of weeks for me but I am staying on the positive tip as much as possible. I had been experiencing a sense of lonliness and a deep sense of rejection but I know that I have to stay strong and be patient with God. May you have a blessed day!

i believe in balance. good for you to choose yoga. yoga is a great practice. after high school i was like wow running is a little much for me now. so i got into yoga and played soccer. which to this day i still run, do yoga, and play soccer. so it's to take a break from your daily grind. on a side note, i am trying to get my blog started again, i've had some trouble. anyway its nice to hear about you. it is good to feel alone. i think that it brings your soul body and mind a bit closer. ride it. peace out mb
