I hope that all of you had a great holiday! My holidays were very low key this year. Stayed in town and kicked it at my cousin's house for a chill New Year's party. We missed the ball dropping because we were playing a game but thanks to TiVo we were able to rewind the time and celebrate it. Gotta love it!
So Happy New Year! I hope that this year is as full of greta things as 2005. Let's take a look back at what that year had in store for me shall we: P.S. You can stop reading now if I am boring you :)
-Started out 2005 with a bang: New Years in London partying with my friend Gabe and his crazy Swedish buddies!
-Had kidney surgery to remove a kidney stone to large to pass :( I blame family genetics, my mom has had 23 of them and my grandfather had them as well.
-Went to California twice: Spring break in Santa Barbara and fall break in Paso, tasting wine.
-Started a relationship with a cool guy and ended before the year did. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. Rejection sucks.
-Managed to go to Islands of Adventure theme park for free 3 times during the summer with the camp I was working at (a $50 ticket), and get paid for it!
-Started a new career in teaching Reading.
-Two of my great friends married each other and it was a great reunion of college friends.
-Moved into a new house
-and last but definitely not least...made some amazing new lifelong friends!
It was a good year indeed and I hope that this year will be just as filled with adventures. Peace.
