Happenin

So I start pre planning at my new school tomorrow and I am super pumped and a lil nervous, just because it is going to be a completely new environment. My knee is doing great, I got an MRI and the doc said I have a cist on my miniscus(sp) and it is torn a little but nothing to worry about. That was a relief! I ran 18 miles with the training group and I felt great, was at the front of the pack the entire run and decided to pick up my pace and finished ahead of everyone. Yeah for me. I'm pretty damn awesome if I can say so myself. Just kidding, sortof. All my luv-Coach Nolen :)
